Fix the flow before you launch.
Human UX testing for AI-built MVPs. FrictionLoop finds where real users get stuck, turns session evidence into clear fix prompts, and retests until the product feels ready.
Built by a product founder. Validated while improving SkillFox across 9 recorded user sessions.
Founding UX Friction Scan. One focused user flow, two human tester sessions, transcript-based analysis, prioritized fixes, and implementation-ready prompts.

- One focused flow: homepage, onboarding, pricing, or core feature
- 2 recorded human tester sessions, usually 5–8 minutes each
- Fix prompts written for builders and developers
- Need more scope? Add another flow or extra tester minutes
Three steps. One focused flow.
Choose the page or user goal that matters most. FrictionLoop tests that path, extracts the friction, and gives you concrete changes to make.
Submit your product
Send the URL, target user, the flow testers should try, and the thing you’re worried users may misunderstand.
Receive your fix list
Recorded human sessions and transcripts are analyzed into the highest-impact friction points.
Implement and retest
Use the fix prompts in Lovable, Cursor, v0, Bolt, Replit, Framer, or with your developer.
Most Friction Scans are delivered within 48–72 hours.
Fast enough for builders who are actively polishing a launch or beta.
Update the onboarding screen so there is only one primary start action. Remove competing CTAs. Add helper copy explaining that the user should click Start Project to begin. Do not change authentication or routing behavior.
This is the point: not a vague UX critique. A concrete, scoped fix your builder can use.
Evidence, not guesses.
FrictionLoop turns human tester behavior into practical launch fixes.
UX Friction Report
Top friction points, what happened, why it matters, and what to fix first.
Tester evidence
Transcript-based evidence and key user quotes from recorded sessions.
Builder-ready prompts
Scoped implementation prompts for AI builders, no-code tools, or developers.
Test → Analyze → Fix → Retest
A tight loop for products that are already clickable but not yet smooth.
Real users attempt one flow.
Sessions become clear friction patterns.
Prompts turn problems into scoped changes.
Confirm whether the flow improved.
Built for AI-built MVPs.
Best when your product is live or clickable and users can attempt a specific task.
Not a UX research agency.
FrictionLoop is for fast, practical answers: Is this confusing? Where do users get stuck? What should I fix first? Did the fix help?
Scope stays controlled.
A standard scan covers one focused user flow. If your app has many pages, add another flow, add tester minutes, or split it into a second scan.
Basic questions before you submit.
What kinds of products work best?
Clickable MVPs, landing pages, onboarding flows, AI app flows, SaaS prototypes, marketplaces, education apps, and consumer products where users can complete a clear task.
How long does a Friction Scan take?
Most Friction Scans are delivered within 48–72 hours after the test task is confirmed.
Do I need design files?
No. A live URL or clickable prototype is enough. If testers can use it, FrictionLoop can test it.
What if I’m not using Lovable?
That’s fine. Fix prompts can be written for Cursor, v0, Bolt, Replit, Framer, your developer, or a general engineering workflow.
Will I get the tester recordings?
The report is based on recorded human tester sessions and transcript analysis. Early pilot deliverables may include selected cropped clips, key quotes, and transcript-based evidence rather than raw platform recordings.
